Currently working as a Regional Economist for the Southern Cone Country Group at the Inter-American Development Bank. My research focuses on how the digitalization of government services affects citizens’ and public servants’ welfare.
I have experience producing high-quality research for academic institutions and international organizations. My research spans the fields of migration, health, education, and gender with a special focus on the analysis of economic issues in countries in South America, Central America, and the Middle East. I hold a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota.
